The Administration department provides administrative human resources and support functions for all city departments.

Administration advertises all vacancies and then is involved in the process through the hiring of new employees. They also maintain all employee files, administer the benefit plan, and process payroll. The other function of the Administration department is to provide support to other departments through their training, marketing and public relations.

The Administration offices are located on the third floor of Rouss City Hall.
