Winchester City Council
The City of Winchester operates under a Council-Manager form of government. Council members serve staggered four-year terms with an election occurring every two years. Council uses the committee system to gather information and study issues. These committees consist of the following: Finance & Administration, Planning & Development, and Public Services.
City Council meetings are held every second Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. in the Rouss City Hall Council Chambers at 15 North Cameron Street. Contact the Deputy Clerk of Council at 667-1815 for additional information on meetings and work sessions.
