Permits

Events, portable signs, and sidewalk cafes on the Old Town Mall and secondary district require a permit from the Old Town Development Board office.

The Old Town Development Board office is responsible for issuing vehicle permits. Delivery truck traffic is allowed on the Mall only between the hours of 6-11 a.m. and 4-6 p.m. Vehicles that need to be on the Mall at any other time must obtain a vehicle permit from OTDB.
