POW / MIA Memorial
Wall of Honor
To formally say “Thank You”, the Winchester Parks and Recreation Department has created a “Wall of Honor”, located in the lobby in the War Memorial Building. On the wall, anyone that served their country during the fight against terrorism, a war or conflict can be honored. A brass plate in honor or memory of a loved on will be displayed. (A $25.00 donation is requested to help produce the plates).
