Adopt-A-Tree Program
The Adopt-a-Tree Program is a program whereby a tree is adopted by a resident or business owner. This program was developed to help keep our urban forest thriving and to enhance the beauty of our City by encouraging the citizens of Winchester to take a more active interest in the trees of our City.
