Solicitations are available several ways:
- By downloading the Document, or
- Call us at (540) 667-1815 Ext. 1477, or e-mail us at purchasing@ci.winchester.va.us and we will mail the RFP or ITB to you, or
- You may visit the Purchasing office and pick up a bid or proposal packet between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We are located on the 1st floor of Rouss City Hall, 15 North Cameron Street, Winchester, Virginia 22601.
Notice:
Downloading specifications from this site constitutes agreement that you are fully responsible to advise City of Winchester purchasing that you have obtained this document. Failure to notify us may result in you not being notified of any addenda. Failure to acknowledge all addenda would result in rejection of your bid as non-responsive. In the case of an inconsistency between information on this site and the written document, the written document shall prevail.
